PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to Two and a Half Designs (“Two and a Half Designs,” “we,” or “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our Service, and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

1. Personal information
We may collect personal information from you when you use this Website. For example, when you create an Account we may collect personal information including, without limitation, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and contact preferences. You may decide not to provide your personal information to us. However, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain information, Products, or Services.

2. Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive.  We may use cookies to allow faster and easier access to your account information, monitor traffic on the site and measure traffic patterns to improve functionality. 

3. Copyright
The copyright of the photographs and/or digital images provided by the photographer remains the property of the photographer. The copyright of the designs and layouts made by Two and a Half Designs remains the property of Two and a Half Designs.

4. Commercial and marketing communications
We use the information we collect or receive to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

5. You control your account information and settings
You may update your account information and email-communication preferences at any time by logging into your account and changing your profile settings. You can also stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications.

6. Children’s privacy
Two and a Half Designs does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.

7. Availability and cancellation
All orders are subject to the availability of Products and Services. If for any reason a Product or Service is not available, we will endeavor to notify the non-availability on this Website. We may revise the range of Products or Services at any time and without notice to you. Where Products or Services are listed on this Website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment for that order). Where you have already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by us, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to that order. 

8. Coupons and promotional codes
Coupons and promotional codes can only be redeemed at www.twoandahalfdesigns.com and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Coupons and promotional codes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other coupons or codes. Each coupon and promotional code is valid for one time use only per customer, and can only be used for a single order and transaction at www.twoandahalfdesigns.com. The single order and transaction must be an average of equal or lesser value of past 2 orders. If a transaction exceeds the value stated, customer will be required to pay any additional amount in order to complete said transaction. If a transaction is less than the value stated, customer forfeits any balance not used, and no credit or cash will be owing.

9. Changes to our privacy policy
Two and a Half Designs may change this policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from October 31, 2014.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and digital nature of album design service, refunds are not allowed after the initial design. 

 
PAYMENT
We will charge the full amount of an order when the order is received. Additional fees accrued during the design process will be charged when design is complete.
 
REVISIONS & APPROVAL
All designs include 3 free sets of revisions within 60 days after receiving the initial design. Additional revisions are $25 per layout/spread. After you have submitted specific comments for the designer to make changes to the design, the revision will be done in 3-5 business days. Once the designs are proofed and approved by you or your client, no other changes can be made and all liability/responsibility regarding the accuracy and quality of the design will be with the photographer. Once the designs are proofed and approved by you or your client, we will send you the final design files via email. Two and a Half Designs is not responsible for any mistakes, spelling errors or omissions once the design is approved. 
 
TURNAROUND TIME
You will receive your initial proofing link via email within 4 business days for Minimal Design Order and 10 business days for Artistic Design Order.  For rush Artistic Design Order, you will get in within 5 business days.
Delays: Turnaround time estimates are not guaranteed, delays might occur due to busy seasons, holidays, production delays, unforeseen custom order complications, or other factors not in our control. (eg: Busy season: October – December, Christmas Holidays). If you need your order by a specific date, please order well in advance. Business days are Monday-Friday, they do not include weekends or holidays. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and notify all our customers promptly.
 
FINISHED DESIGNS
Downloadable High Res JPGs of finished design files will be available to you once you approve the designs. Click the “Approved” button in the proofing page. We will then send you the finished design files via WeTransfer to your email. Please check your email and download the files.

 
IMAGES
All images you have submitted will be used in the design.
Order won’t be processed unless all required images are submitted.
 
For any changes regarding images you submitted, please give us a call or send us an email to check if the designer has started working on the image you want to change. If the designer has already started working on the image, you will be charged $.50 per any additional image. 
 
HALF OFF
After every 2nd design order, you will get half off the next order. We will email you a 50% off coupon code. (Must be an average of equal or lesser value of past 2 orders.)
Enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Example :

1st order -> 30 sides
2nd order -> 40 sides
Half off : 50% off on the 3rd order of 30 – 40 sides. Coupon or 50% off coupon code cannot be used in combination with any other coupon offers. Coupon cannot be redeemed more than once and can only be applied to one design order and transaction. *Coupon will be emailed after past 2 orders are fully completed.

DESIGN ORDER WITH ALBUM
Album orders from Forbeyon or Woodland Albums will take 2-4 weeks to print, bind, mail or ready for pick-up once you have approved your design.
We will send you the finished designs after you have placed the album order and payment is processed.
 
FILE STORAGE
The approved final High Res JPG layouts of the design will be archived and accessible on our server for up to 1 year; however, the original images and revision layouts will be deleted when the final approval is submitted to us.
